Notes on data protection:

Your trust is very important to me. That's why I respect data protection and inform you about the data collected and stored and your rights to information, correction, blocking and deletion.

1. Security of your data
Personal data is only sent via a secure SSL connection so that it cannot be spied out by third parties. The storage of personal data is only collected for the purpose of automatic customer identification and assignment to orders. Your personal data will only be passed on to the supplier of the goods you ordered in order to be able to deliver your ordered products. If you do not want your personal data to be passed on to shipping companies, please select the shipping method “self-collection”, “download” when ordering or do not place any orders via my website. Data that has been forwarded to the shipping company: your name, surname and address.

2. a) Data collection and storage
When a website is visited, the browser generally sends information about the browser type and browser version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the IP address, the file name, the access status, the amount of data transferred, the date and time of the server request. This data cannot be assigned to a person or to other data sources and is initially saved and deleted after a statistical evaluation. My server is located exclusively in Germany. No cloud or storage services are used to store customer data. My payment methods, depending on the offer, are carried out by the payment services listed in the offer. e.g. PayPal. I do not collect and will not store or process any bank or credit card details in the future.

2. b) Personal data
For the purpose of order processing, your personal data will be securely stored and processed by me. Your full name, your address, your telephone number, your email address and your IP address. This data is necessary to be able to assign and complete your order. Your data will be stored securely with me and treated absolutely anonymously. You have the option at any time to view all of the data stored about you via your customer account with me and to delete your customer account.

3. Cookies
Your browser also stores so-called cookies. These are files that are intended to make surfing the Internet more user-friendly. This data is collected anonymously and is not used to create usage profiles or other further uses. The storage of cookies can be switched off in your browser settings. I absolutely do not use tracking cookies. Neither from my side nor from third parties. Data protection is my top priority. Cookie policy: I only use the most necessary cookies to provide you with the best possible service. This data is collected anonymously and is not used to create usage profiles or other further uses. 4. Sending messages via contact forms
Sending messages via the forms provided can lead to security problems in that the data sent can be intercepted by third parties and thus viewed. If you have any concerns, you can write to me directly via your email provider at info(at)yepix(punkt)de. No personal data is stored when sending messages via my contact forms.

5. Comment functions and customer reviews
You are free to write comments and ratings about my service and my products. Your name, last name and your written text are saved. When the rating and reviews written by you are published, your name and the first letter of your last name and the text you have written will be made accessible and visible to all visitors to my pages. If you do not agree with this, I ask you not to use these functions.

6. Newsletter
I recommend subscribing to my newsletter to always be up to date with what I'm talking about service and products. Only your email address is stored in the newsletter system and you always have the option of deleting the newsletter regardless of your customer account.

7. Information, correction, blocking and deletion
Personal data will only be collected with your consent to answer inquiries, process contracts and technical administration and will be stored inaccessible to third parties. The data will only be passed on to third parties for the purpose of contract processing or with your consent, which can be revoked at any time. Personal data will not be passed on or sold.
You may be requested to provide information about the data stored, the purpose of storage and its origin at any time. In addition, there is a right to correct, block and delete personal data in accordance with legal regulations. 8. Web analysis and tracking tools
This type of tracking of customer activities absolutely does not take place with me.

9. Social Plugins
I offer various social media plugins for product recommendation such as: Facebook, X, Instagram and others. When you click on a specific plug-in icon, you will be redirected to external sites. Please note the data protection guidelines of the respective providers and site operators.

10. Google Marketing or AdWords Conversion Tracking, or similar.
When you use my search function, the keywords you search for are saved in order to analyze search behavior for products or text sections. Your personal data will not be saved.

11. Newsletter dispatch
Newsletters and product notifications will only be sent to the email address you provided with your express consent. This requires that you expressly wish to receive my newsletters and notifications by activating the checkbox. You can revoke and switch this off at any time.

12. Payment methods with credit check
No such payment methods are currently offered. If payment methods with a credit check are offered in the future, you will be informed immediately.
