Ohland – we have been baking in Memmelsdorf according to old family traditions and in-house recipes for over 3 generations. Representing our philosophy is, among other things, our Ohland's "Hans" - a typical Franconian 6-pounder made from self-made natural sourdough, which we make according to Hans Ohland's recipe, which has remained unchanged since 1929.
