Horizontal CSS menu for admin

This module installs a horizontal CSS menu for the admin side.
It also disables the standard stock left menu and adds the correct descriptive title to the page, so you can find the tab you're searching for in your browser.

I made this menu because we use tablets for preparing orders on a daily basis, and even cell phones when we are out of the warehouse, and we have to continuously zoom in/out because the screen does not fit well.

Now, without the side menu, there's a lot more room for small screen devices.

Tested on 2.3.4 responsive under Firefox 45.0.1 and Chrome 49.0.2623.110, but should work with standard version.
