All Customers Report

This post simply creates a list of all customers and their mailing addresses, sorted alphabetically by last name (Last Name). Depending on several factors, generation may take several seconds. The resulting data can be easily copied/pasted into spreadsheets for mailing list labels, imported into other customer management software, etc.
