Review Title BS

This is a modular design, however it does require changes to core files.
After installation, you can use this module in the admin panel to turn this feature on or off.
This feature is designed to better personalize the review. It is similar to what Amazon uses with their reviews.
In the admin panel, you can change the number of characters allowed for the Review Title, the default is set at 60. And, you can choose whether to display a default Review Title or no title.
This is for stores that already have some reviews prior to installing this module.
