Store Feedback BS

This add-on allows anyone to leave comments and ratings about your store, instead of leaving a review of the product.
The comments are approved through the administration panel and displayed on a new page of the online store, in addition to scrolling vertically in a new box of the column.
Approval is necessary to avoid spam.
In case of receiving any can be eliminated without problem.
The fields name, comment and feedback are required.
