Last Purchased Notice BS

This contribution adds a Last Purchased Notice message to the products_info.php page. It is only made for that page and, it will only display for registered customers.
Therefore, if you have the Purchase Without Account (PWA) addon, this notice/banner will not display for those customers.
The Last Purchased Notice allows registered store customers to view their prior purchase of that same item.
