First and foremost, I developed this program to minimize tax preparer costs.
From my own experience, I can now tell you that these were suddenly reduced by 70% for the annual financial statements after the sales reports were submitted from this accounting system.
The sales figures for the "ELSTER" form are generated automatically and you only have to fill out 2 or 3 lines to submit the sales tax yourself.
Of course, this also saves costs that are not absolutely necessary.
My accounting system can of course be connected to all osCommerce 2.x systems that are installed in the top structure on the server with little effort.
